Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PDT or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.):

    • Standard: 5-7 business days.

    • Expedited: 2-3 business days.

  • International: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and select countries in Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to inquire about shipping availability. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for expedited shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or provide a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
